Clinical findings: No differences in survival, clinical findings, body weight and food intake compared to control animals

Hematology:
· slightly decreased erythrocyte count and haemoglobin
· slightly increased MCV (males), MCH (females) and relative reticulocyte count (females)
Clinical Biochemistry:
· slightly increased glucose and urea (females) and calcium and phosphorous (males) concentration
· slightly increased a1-globulin fraction and decreased ?-globulin fraction (absolute/relative) in males (electrophoresis)
Urinalysis:
· increased volume with slightly increased pH-value (both sexes) and increased glucose (males)
· light to red brown discoloration

· increased absolute and relative kidney weight
Macroscopic Lesions:
· no differences to controls
