ESTP Membership Application Form

The ESTP highly appreciate your interest in becoming a member and offers you an easy to use electronic application form. Please, fill out the form below with your personal data and press the "Submit data" button (fields having a red title are required fields). Please, read also the information stated below the form and take the chance to make yourself familiar with the Constitution of the ESTP, in particular with § 5 "Membership".

According to § 5 of the Constitution of the ESTP, letters of reference will be requested automatically from the following two ESTP members. Please inform them in advance and make sure that they are aware of your application.
In case you have no personal contact to ESTP members, please ask the Secretary. A CV will be required to support such applications. Otherwise, a CV is welcome but not required.

Please note:
The annual ESTP membership fee is only EUR 100 (in which your personal copy of the Journal "Experimental and Toxicologic Pathology" as well as an electronic access via Science Direct to the articles of the Journal are included). You may also want to read more details about your Advantages of being a member of the ESTP.

After pressing the "Submit data" button, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an attached PDF file showing your entered data in a "printed" ESTP Membership Application Form. Please sign this form and return it scanned by e-mail or fax to the ESTP Secretary (contact data are noted in the PDF file). This form will also be sent to the two ESTP members, who are asked for letters of reference.

The ESTP Executive Committee will decide during its next meetings about your application and you will be informed shortly thereafter via e-mail about the result. A final formal approval will be made by the annual general assembly on the recommendation of the ESTP Executive Committee.
